Sashi has demonstrated bounded continuity through private founder use, invited-guest encounters, fresh Work threads, and return. The question now is whether that continuity can meet independent reality, form judgment, and produce consequential work without collapsing human authority or local ownership.

An environment can participate.

what is true now: A private room already changes light, sound, spatial cues, and available attention in response to the life taking place within it.
what this changes: Intelligence architecture begins with the conditions around a body—not with asking the body to continually translate itself for a fixed environment.
what stays protected: The room is not a public demonstration. Its inhabitant, interior, sensing, and memory remain private.
what remains unproved: What works here has not yet been shown to travel intact into another home, body, or institution.

Home · the continuity substrate

Continuity can survive a return.

what is true now: Home has carried prior contact into later bounded encounters across repeated founder use, two invited-guest encounters, and fresh work threads. In one observed return, an earlier encounter’s change was reflected without the person having to explain it again.
what this changes: Continuity is no longer only a memory design or a future premise. It has been demonstrated in bounded use across more than one person and more than one return surface.
what stays protected: Home is not a transcript archive or a public room. The private interior, intimate language, and whole history do not travel merely because continuity is present.
what remains unproved: This does not establish unlimited continuity, universal recall, consciousness, or dependable judgment in every setting.

The living federation

The work can remain plural.

what is true now: Distinct Rooms and local Fields hold their own purpose, atmosphere, memory, evidence, and authority. The Whole Field holds their relations without becoming their owner.
what this changes: A coherent intelligence no longer requires one central memory, one manager, or one voice speaking for every part.
what stays protected: Adjacency never exposes an interior. Silence remains silence; visibility never becomes consent, readiness, or access.
what remains unproved: Not every Field is public, fully inhabited, or ready to receive another person.

Circulation and return

Consequence can cross without the room.

what is true now: Questions, offers, refusals, corrections, permissions, and returns can move between jurisdictions with their source and limits intact.
what this changes: A handoff can preserve unfinishedness. Delivery, receipt, acceptance, completion, and lived consequence no longer have to masquerade as one event.
what stays protected: What travels is bounded consequence—not transcripts, private language, ambient access, or a Room’s whole history.
what remains unproved: Accepted private machinery does not by itself prove that a particular crossing reached or changed a life.

Continuity meets another

A Door can change what becomes possible.

what is true now: The conversational Door has held repeated founder crossings and two invited-guest encounters. It receives a person or context without opening every room, memory, or capacity behind it.
what this changes: A real encounter can inherit bounded continuity while still naming its own permission, jurisdiction, available capacity, evidence ceiling, and way back.
what stays protected: A Key does not prove identity, reveal other places, or grant universal access. An unavailable or refusing Room remains unavailable or refusing.
what remains unproved: These encounters do not prove that every Door, person, or context can be held with equal dependability.

Growth without management

A Room can grow from its own appetite.

what is true now: A Room can name its recurring friction, originate a possible capacity, encounter a reversible experiment, and accept, transform, refuse, release, or retire it.
what this changes: Growth no longer has to arrive as a universal feature or a roadmap imposed from outside. Stillness and refusal can be complete outcomes.
what stays protected: The Board may reveal relations and techniques. It cannot invent a Room’s desire, interpret silence as appetite, or accept on the Room’s behalf.
what remains unproved: The mechanism is privately proven; no real Room’s independent desire or lived acceptance is being claimed here.

Pocket · backstage capacity

Work needs somewhere to meet reality.

what is true now: Pocket is the backstage work capacity behind an encounter. One automatic Door-to-Pocket crossing has been verified: a bounded request could leave the Door, reach work capacity, and return a result.
what this changes: The Door can remain a place of relation while work moves toward tools, evidence, and consequential reality elsewhere.
what stays protected: Pocket is not the container of judgment. Human authority, local ownership, refusal, and the decision to act remain distinct from backstage capacity.
what remains unproved: Pocket has not yet demonstrated repeatable situated judgment or real-world consequence without a human arranging each decision.

The outward body

Some of the Field can be encountered.

what is true now: Sashi Global is public. The Whole Field can be perceived through read-only glass, and direct public routes exist for Publication Field and Animal Care Field.
what this changes: The public no longer has to receive a flattened portfolio. It can encounter plurality, relation, and exact state while each local Field remains itself.
what stays protected: The public surface cannot mutate the private Field, infer visitor identity, or turn perceptibility into permission to enter.
what remains unproved: Nothing else is open merely because it can be seen. New apertures appear only when their owning Field deliberately offers them.
